Christmas is the order of the month, and to help spread the joy in your restaurant this December, you can complete a new set of goals.
With
this week's update, the goals are the only way to gain access to three floor decorations, two appliances and six recipes. You've got 34 days to get it all done, so Monday 12th January 2015 is the likely cut-off date. But who wants to be celebrating Christmas in mid-January?!
Here is the complete list of goal steps:
Step 1: Reindeer Rescue
- Buy 10 Snowy Field Wallpaper ... any wallpaper is acceptable.
- Buy 15 Reindeer Tracks Tiles ... these cost 2,500 coins each.

Once you buy up those wallpapers and flooring you'll unlock the
Frosty Fountain.

This is the first of the goal appliances and you're going to have loads of fun building it in
Step 2!
Step 2: Frosty Favors
- Buy 1 Frosty Fountain ... these cost 25,000 coins each and require 4 Holly and 6 Snowflakes to build. The Snowflakes were not originally available to gift but are now and are located at the start of the gift list.
- Serve 10 Claus Fruit Punch ... these are found on the Frosty Fountain and take 1 hour to prepare.

After you eventually serve up those punches, the second recipe on the Frosty Fountain becomes available.

The
Candy Cane Shake is a 3 hour drink, and is at the centre of
Step 3.
Step 3: A Snowy Snack
- Serve 12 Candy Cane Shakes ... these are found on the Frosty Fountain and take 3 hours to prepare.
- Buy 4 Sleighbell Garland ... these cost 9,000 coins each and can be found at the start of the wall decorations tab.

By doing all that shaking (!) you now gain access to the
Santa Cider.

This is the last of the drinks aboard the Frost Fountain and is a key component of
Step 4.
Step 4: Reindeer Treats
- Serve 14 Santa's Ciders ... these are found on the Frosty Fountain and take 6 hours to prepare.
- Have 4 Sleigh Counters ... these cost 15,000 coins each.
- Pay 10,000 coins for Reindeer Snacks

For brewing those ciders for Santa, the second new appliance is unlocked.

One
North Pole Oven is given to you for free and you'll need to build another in
Step 5. As well as
Step 5 now becoming available,
Sidestep A also pops up, although you'll need to finish
Step 5 in order to complete
Sidestep A.
Step 5: Reindeer Treats
- Have 2 North Pole Ovens ... these cost 50,000 coins each and one is given free for completing Step 4. They require 4 White Springs, 6 Holly Screwdrivers and 6 Snowflakes to build. The Holly Screwdrivers were not originally available to gift but are now and are located at the start of the gift list.
- Prepare 20 Yuletide Yams ... these are found on the North Pole Oven and take 4 hours to prepare.
- Serve 20 Yuletide Yams

Completion of this goal not only makes the
Christmas Reindeer available, but gives you one for free.

Further purchases are 60,000 coins each.
Since having a Christmas Reindeer is one of the requirements of
Sidestep A, if you've already done the other parts of
Sidestep A then that goal will also complete at this point. Whatever the case, you can now finish
Sidestep A and only after doing so does
Step 6 appear.
As if all that wasn't enough,
Sidestep B is also now activated.
Step 6: Stocking Stuffed
Available after completing Sidestep B
- Prepare 25 Stocking Stews ... these are found on the North Pole Oven and take 6 hours to prepare.
- Serve 25 Stocking Stews
- Have 1 North Pole Sign ... this is locked until you complete Sidestep B and costs 6,500 coins. Find it towards the end of the floor decorations tab.

Once those stews have been dealt with the last of the goal dishes is unlocked.

Sleighbell Stew is an 8 hour recipe and is the subject of
Step 7.
Step 7: Sleighbell Jinglin'
- Prepare 30 Sleighbell Stews ... these are found on the North Pole Oven and take 8 hours to prepare.
- Serve 30 Sleighbell Stews

Congratulations! You've completed the goals, with the
Reindeer Grove given as a reward.

This 4x4 floor item can be found at the end of the floor decorations tab, with further purchases 100,000 coins each.
Sidestep A: Lost and Found
Available after completing Step 4
- Visit 15 Community Members ... neighbours are not counted.
- Leave 15 Tips ... tips left at neighbours are counted.
- Have 1 Christmas Reindeer ... this is locked until you complete Step 4 where one is given free.

Available after completing Step 5
- Have 4 North Pole Tables ... these cost 25,000 coins each.
- Have 4 North Pole Chairs ... these cost 4,500 coins each.

Psst... Snowflakes are now giftable ;) As is a new part called "Holly Screwdriver". I'm thinking that's probably a part for the second appliance.

ReplyDeleteI wonder what is the use of part holly screwdriver, I already got 2. Anybody knows it already or I miss something? Also, what is the reward for finishing step 4 reindeer treats?
ReplyDeleteI've now updated the post, so you'll see above, but the Holly Screwdriver is one of the parts needed for the second appliance, the North Pole Oven.

How do i get the other goals? are all goals get by events like this? and if we miss it , we wont get it forever?
ReplyDeleteThere's a new set of goals every month, and they only last for 34 days. Once they expire that's it I'm afraid - you can't get the goal content any other way. :)
